The Beautiful Cristina at the Inn on 5th

Salon Tease Inn on 5th Wedding Naples

Classic, modern, simple, beautiful – those are words that could used  be described Cristina’s style for her hair and makeup choices for her wedding. She didn’t want anything too overly done – but she still wanted to look like she had her hair and makeup done – just not like she tried to hard. So how did we do it?

Lets chat about her hair: simple and “unfussed” – classic. In this instance the classic undertones of the style really make it incredibly modern. We love how the sleek style has a beautiful sheen that shows of the simplicity of the bun and the color of her hair makes her hair jewelry pop. Daniel created a sleek bun in the back in a “sock bun” style. We love “sock buns” because they give the illusion of a hell of a lot more hair than is really there – and it makes it secure as well because there is a form beneath the hair so it won’t deflate. Pretty cool right?

Now lets chat makeup: clean and fresh – just like the hair no fuss no muss 😉 So, how do you make someone look like they are not wearing any makeup? We make sure that the makeup has the same finish as clean skin – clean skin has a bit of a glow to it, right? So powder highlighters will be your best friend – I am totally in love with Bobby Brown’s Shimmer Brick and Nars blush in Albatross – it makes the most beautiful creamy, glowing, highlighted cheek. Also don’t forget to hit the bridge of the nose, the temples etc to really make it pop.
